

Getting in shape is hard enough to do, but it does not have to be that expensive.
You may have heard someone that you invite to the gym,
“I can’t afford to buy that supplement stuff. I have to buy food that is cheap!”
I am living proof that you can buy all you need within any grocery store, and not necessarily inside a “health-food store”.
Let us start with supplements. Supplements are an additional source of nutrition not a sole source of nutrition. They are meant to be used when you are not able to reach a certain amount of protein, carbohydrates, or fats thru regular food. That is all!
Example: If you are unable to get 140 grams of protein inside your diet for a certain reason: such as beef for instance, is putting you over your calorie budget and a protein supplement will help you reach that amount of protein without going over your calorie budget, then a supplement could be helpful. On the over hand if the only nutriment that you consume is supplements they you will not only deprive your body of many nutrients and endure a much higher & unnecessary food bill to contend with.
