How often do you stand up? Please do confuse the question, it not how often do we stand in a day, but how often do with physically stand up from our sitting or lying position? Dr. Joan Vernikos’s recommendation is to have a mimiumum of 36 postural changes in a day. SQuatting down, standing up, walking the stairs, jumping jacks, etc. Just move your God given body often.
Here are few suggestions. Lunges, these can be done literally anything that you are able to stand.
