I applaud the efforts of  George Williams for pioneering into action the practice  of Christian principles of focusing the development of a healthy “body, mind, and spirit”.

172 Years and Holding

YMCA Worldwide Organization founded in the Summer of 1844 based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Unfortunately not all the present day YMCA locations emphasize the origin, however, I commend his stance of Christian principles first and physical fitness follow thru. After all the Holy Spirit deserves the best Temple that we can offer Him.
